The planned six-story, 123,000 sqft. project will feature Class A office space as well as wet and dry laboratories ideal for biotech, technology, and medical startups. Equipped with state-of-the-art features and amenities, the project will offer redundant mechanical and electrical systems, isolated chemical storage spaces, and a robust conference center.
