The VelocityTX Innovation Center offers private offices and workshops ranging from 70-235 sqft, expandable up to 1,000 sqft. by combining adjacent offices. Innovation Center tenants enjoy access to three AV-equipped conference rooms, a full kitchen w/ self serve food and drink bar, and a well-appointed media studio.
VelocityTX Co-Labs
Shared & Private BSL-2 Laboratories with Flexible Terms
The VelocityTX Co-Labs are comprised of four private labs, one shared lab, and one shared equipment lab. Tenants enjoy unmetered access to shared equipment and take advantage of the best-in-class amenities at the adjacent VelocityTX Innovation Center.
